We have received a lot of questions about the Streets of San Francisco Party so we wanted to go over some of the details on the production, staging props and decor so you know what to expect! This is a really long message, so here is a quick synopsis of the update for today. If you would like more details, just scroll down...
PRODUCTION: We just finished the floor plan and ordered the props for the event and it is going to look amazing. Think huge professional props like a 72-foot Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown Gates and a replica of the entrance to AT&T PArk. We will completely transform this venue. You won't believe it when you see it...
STAFFING: We hired a great team to staff the bars, coat check, check-in, etc. to make sure that your experience is a great one. We OVERSTAFFED this event to make sure that you don't spend your night waiting in line...
TICKETS: Just a warning that tickets will rise to $175 next week. Tickets are only $150 right now and include a Top shelf Open Bar.
DINNER: We have a great dinner option set up at Mas Sake (walking distance to Fort Mason). If you haven't made plans yet, check it out!

You may have heard rumors about our plans for the final night of 2009, so let me give you a little bit of the inside scoop. This is not just a New Years Eve party, it is truly more than that. Indeed, this event is years in the making. Our team of party planners, Nate Mezmer, Mike Fitzgerald and Zach Lonas and Me (Matt Seliga), have been working toward this moment for a long, long time.
Upon entrance into the "Streets of San Francisco" New Years Eve, guests will quickly realize how unique their new year is going to begin...
With magical movie-set style production, we will create the ambiance of famous city areas like the Mission district and Fisherman's wharf. Not stopping there, a giant sized replica of the Golden Gate Bridge will tower over one of the dance floors, while the world famous entrance into China Town will grace the gates of one of our VIP areas. Quite honestly, this is just a small example of the action in store for the evening and over the next few weeks we will release a little more information, but trust me that this is an event for the memory books!
Also, along with the amazing production, we also have an event staff that is unrivaled anywhere...
Going into this New Years Eve our main concern as a team was our guests overall experience. The most important thing on all of our minds was "service." By contracting the same company that runs the bars at Coachella and the NFL's Superbowl party we are able to provide our guests with an unmatched number of "bartenders to guests" of any event in San Francisco. Although there are plenty of other great places to go for NYE we will feature double the amount of bar staffing making it easy for guests to quickly grab their desired drinks and enjoy the night. Premium top shelf brands like Ketel One, Don Julio, Johnny Walker, Tanqueray, Crown Royal and more. (Event is hosted open bar 9pm-2am...Ticket Prices WILL GO UP AGAIN SOON - as we sell out.) Finally, there are many, many more pieces to this event however with December 31st fast approaching (only 20+ days to go), we wanted to let you, your friends and family know what to expect when you purchase a ticket to "Streets of San Francisco," NYE at the Fort Mason Center.
